What a remarkable and wonderful place to stay. Situated in the delightful southern part of inner Antwerp, a short walk to the best museum in the city, and a longer walk into the old city (this is needed to compensate for the totally over-the-top freshly baked and cooked and presented breakfast which Lydia lovingly supplies - culinary theatre). The decor is deliciously eclectic, but more than comfortable, with fresh flowers (peonies!), and little treats. The bed is comfortable, the room is well maintained and fitted out, especially considering the furnishings and books etc. The garden is a delight to look over. We were pampered by our host, and would stay here again in a heartbeat - Antwerp is a truly interesting city.
