Very friendly personnel. The second morning we had breakfast, the same table was reserved for us, and they remembered which eggs we had the day before.

The location is awesome. We booked the riverside room. It was a beautiful view. Everything is nearby within a 2-minute walk. Staff is very helpful :) Breakfast is good. The shop below has chips, chocolates, water bottles, etc. It also sells souvenirs. The patio on the back of the shop offers a beautiful view. It was awesome to sip a cup of coffee and watch the fall of autumn after breakfast. We visited early November - though it was 6 degrees outside, the heating inside was good. They also have a place for parking for guests who come by car. The check-in and check out were easy.
