Albion Hotel, a family-run hotel in the centre of Ieper, is 350 metres from the Menin Gate. It features free high-speed WiFi, an intimate bar and packed lunch services. I feel I stumbled onto a precious gem! We had a last minute detour to Ypres and I booked the Albion because of its proximity to the Menin gate. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of this family run hotel. When I think of our short stay in Ypres I may remember chatting with Daphne at the Albion desk and bar as much as our visit to the Flanders Museum just around the corner! Besides the kindness of the owners, our room was modern but with architectural features that honored the past. The high tech skylight looked up on the steeple of the nearby church. The bar was comfortable with great local beers. And be sure to include breakfast! A spread worthy of the cost. Thank you Daphne and the entire family for your hospitality!

The hotel is well situated, has friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The terrace is nice and spacious, the rooms are big enough with good beds, enough pillows and a large bathroom. Well thought about are the motion detection small lights under the bed and near the toilet so you dont have to light up the whole room when you go to the toilet at night.

Located just 19 km from St Philibert Metro Station, B&B Le Cloître St Joseph features accommodation in Messines with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as an ATM. Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Friendly, easy to find. Beautiful bedding and ensuite rooms. The breakfast was amazing.

Au Coeur Des Hôtes, a property with a garden, is set in Steenvoorde, 26 km from The Menin Gate, 35 km from Plopsaland, as well as 36 km from Dunkerque Train Station. Everything was perfect - the room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. We were treated to a warm welcome and a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed every moment!

Set in the heart of historical Ypres, 350 metres from the In Flanders Fields Museum and a 9-minute walk from the famous Menin Gate, the self-catering Huis Vandermersch offers an elegantly designed... If I could give this place more stars, I would! It was a perfect experience: one night, I slept almost 10 hours. Kids' space was comfy, the tea, coffee, and milk were thoughtful, and the wifi strong. Loved the springtime sunshine in our corner room

This hotel was really a surprise. We booked late in the afternoon on the way from one place to another. It was so comfortable! It was immaculately clean and there is a nice restaurant attached as well as a cute gift shop. The items in the gift shop were unexpected and very reasonably priced. I bought a few Christmas gifts here. I would highly recommend this hotel I also want to mention the front desk clerk was as nice and friendly as she could be. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A 5-minute walk from Ypres’ market square, La Porte Cochere offers elegant country-styled rooms situated in a historic mansion. Free Wi-Fi is available. The hosts were excellent. Very helpful for planning my days and recommending things to see and do. The room was large, very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The bnb is only five minutes walk from historical downtown, restaurants and museums but I never felt unsafe even walking after dark.
