They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

Food is great. Room is big. View is beautiful. Parking is available at the basement. The hotel is way better than many 4 star hotels in Bulgaria.

St George Palace was such a welcome stay after a long day on the slopes. Rooms are huge, and come equipped with most of the essentials. Also, the hotel has a pool, sauna, and everything you need to relax. Also, renting skis and equipment here is an absolute breeze. Nicky at the ski shop is so passionate and knowledgeable, and we even managed to change our bindings and sharpen ski edges as the week went on. It is abit of a walk from the slopes but still manageable at 15 minutes or so. Very happy we chose this hotel!
