The hotel is built on decades of history, carrying the warmth of the past and promising to beat with the pulse of the present and the... the food, the setting, the atmosphere, the spa facilities, everything was to a very high standard, the staff attitude and readiness to help. we have visited a lot of countries and different hotels and this one is definitely one of the top quality ones. It’s the small details such as the welcome drinks and biscuits, the complimentary refreshments in the spa, the gorgeous smell in the corridors. Can’t wait to return again next year!

El Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik está situado en Velingrad, la capital termal de los Balcanes. The hotel is nice with well equipped pools, saunas, steam rooms, salt dry room is there as well. We specially liked hot radon bath. Also the sauna and ice room as a contrast were excellent. Stuff is polite and always available for any assistnce.
