We had the romance suite. The views from the balcony or bath tub are stunning and unrivalled. It’s a very large suite and just perfect In every way. The restaurant is a must, the food and service are impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lux was a bit heaven after a long frustrating bus trip. Clean, comfortable with clear instruction given on how to access the apartment after hours when our bus was cancelled then delayed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, informative and efficient. She was able to book us another night without fuss. There was a bus stop about 200m away which took us straight into the heart of Lucerne which ran every 7 minutes or so and was free as we had booked accommodation in Lucerne.

This hotel is in an excellent location was super quieter and spotlessly clean, it’s not super luxury but more cool utilitarian love it would stay again anytime very helpful and friendly staff
