The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from the funicolar that connects directly to the train station. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Everything was wonderful! the hosts, the staff are very friendly, considerate and always ready to help :-)) The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, and it is located in a quiet area (which is important, especially in the evening). It takes only 7-8 minutes to walk to the railway station and the lake! Breakfast is really excellent, there is a selection of different kinds of food for any taste, I think :-) The wifi is a bit slow but it's not a problem.

Guesthouse Castagnola è posizionato a Lugano, a 3,5 km da Stazione Ferroviaria di Lugano e 11 km da Parco Swissminiatur. We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Castagnola. The property is beautifully and tastefully renovated, with a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. Our apartment was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic peacefully tucked away in Castagnola yet conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore Lugano. There are also beautiful walking paths nearby, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Kristina was an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. We traveled with our little dog, and he was just as warmly welcomed and happy as we were. We truly felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

A conduzione familiare, insignito di 4 stelle e situato proprio sulle rive del Lago di Lugano, questo hotel offre ristoranti, il WiFi gratuito e una piscina all'aperto esposta a sud con accesso... Excellent amenities and good location for dining and walking to the park. Kind staff and excellent breakfast. Very much appreciated this hotel still provides little goods-such as a comb, lotion, vanity, etc. as so many hotels are no longer doing so.
