The Hotel Kindli is located in a quiet area of Zurich, only a few steps away from the financial district and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its elegant boutiques. Very good location, especially if you want to see mostly the center of Zurich. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent!!! Clean, and with big rooms considering it is a boutique hotel.

Outstanding service, thoughtful, friendly stuff but not overbearing, very balanced as it must be in luxury places. Historic but modern luxury place, very clean, nice smell. Very good breakfast.

Alma Hotel - Boutique hideaway by the lake with rooftop and ladies-only wellness enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus... The location is amazing, a minute away from the lake and in the quiet part of the city center. The lady on the front desk was super friendly. We were there in the middle of the summer heatwave and we were offered refreshments, ice cream, she was even ready to try to find us some swimsuits so we can go swiming in the lake!

I grade hotels on the 3 Bs: the Bed, The Bathroom & The Breakfast (you can add a fourtbh B - doing Business) On all the B's it scored grade A. The breakfast in particular is superb.

Very tidy and roomy with a thoughtful layout. The host is friendly and replies promptly. Ideal location for walking and sightseeing.

The Marktgasse Hotel is a historic building with low ceilings and sloped floors (not all rooms). excellent location, 2 start Michelin restaurant on site, excellent service from the staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room.
