Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!

We had a flight the next day so the location (close to the airport) was perfect. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable compared to many other places we had stayed in around Egypt. Many great restaurants inside, beautiful reception. Our flight the following day was in the evening, and the staff at reception - particularly Ahmed Abddlh and Engy - were a great help, even organising a late check out for us. Very friendly professional staff.
