Loved every single thing about this hotel… The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool was great really enjoyed it and our stay was wonderful. Full security especially the dog we loved Kalabsh .. This hotel was very good the room was very clean and it was very big room it was one of the best days of my life i went to the pyramids with the driver he was very kind and mr ramadan helped me alot and he gave me the toure with very cheap price also he helped me in finding places to go shoping also all the stuff was so good shima ahmad and the breakfast was so good also it was an egyption breakfast it was so nice in the end thanks for all the people in this hotel it was a very good experience

The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.

We had an amazing stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for the complimentary upgrade from a triple room to a spacious suite with a stunning view. It made our stay even more enjoyable! The suite was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to key attractions, and the breakfast selection was excellent. A huge thanks to the team for their hospitality—we truly appreciated the upgrade and the overall experience. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent time in Hilton hotel, very good value for money! Classic rooms with high quality wooden furnitures, carpets everywhere, perfect bedding, beautiful panoramic view to Nile and city, great sound isolation, welcome fruits in the room, and what a breakfast, so much choice. Highly recomended dinner in Hilton boat on Nile, a dinner buffet, entertining oriental program, a 2h trip in a very nice ship, around 25 eur per person! The most important- excellent people who work there, from reception, to servers and housekeepers, everyone attentive and caring. Thank you very much, we will be back.

We had them most amazing time seeing history come alive.

We had them most amazing time seeing history come alive. Our tour service was amazing with excellent drivers, guides and safety. I recommend seeing Saqqara Pyramids as well as Giza. Also our time in Khan Khalili, the Citadel and the Cave Church was not something we originally planned or really knew about but was highly suggested by our tour service and we are grateful we took their advice.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Cairo is just amazing. you need to enjoy if the way it is...

Cairo is just amazing. you need to enjoy if the way it is and dont expect much system like other destinations. However its safe and food is fantastic all what you need you will find. Its also very cheap and you can eat in very good restaurant for only 10$ and somtimes much less. The varity of culture is unique and you cannot see all this in one destination.

Dont stay here is the best review and advice I can give anyone. The location is good but the apartment is terrible. There is too much to write about but I started looking for an alternative 10mins after I got there.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Best experience visiting the Giza Pyramids and the New Egyptian Museum, The Nile Cruise is a must for anyone going to Cairo such a beautiful evening with lots of entertainment and lovely selection of food. Uber is available and prices are quite reasonable. lots of culture and history to see and learn about.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
