We stayed for six nights. Room had all the facilities.Excellent Egyption fbreakfast with juice, bread, butter, jam, plenty fruit. Excellent location, close to Egyptian museum, metro for going to Giza, coptic museum, mummies museum(from coptic museum), variety of restaurants, street food, best Patisseri, ELABAD, in front of hotel, great shopping at ARAFA(clothes & shoes), used Uber taxi extensively.great in house restaurant for a beer. Samy at the restaurant singlehandedly, manages breakfast even with about 10 residents at same time. Alex at reception very good to plan local sight seeing and advice on out station travel

The last day I was suffering from food poisoning (NOT from the hotel food, I didn’t eat there), and they assisted me greatly. Everything. The travel desk with whom we interacted quite frequently was also great. Abdul and Hamza were very cooperative and helpful. Khaled Talat and Mahmood took care of actual driving. They were superb in taking care of our travel needs including a long distance travel to Alexandria. However, we probably missed an exit in the airport while coming back and Mahmood made up the lost time by driving quickly.

It was a great experience for just one night started from the gentleman in their reception his name Abdulrahman who made it easy for my check-in and check-out. Also, the breakfast's restaurant staff were so friendly and they always offered to help. I recommend this hotel for everyone would like to get a good service, cleaned facilities, and closed to many amenities!

A bit challenging in the bazaars and roads at first, but...

A bit challenging in the bazaars and roads at first, but soon seemed fairly straightforward to get about with Uber, and see the main sights. A good guide made a huge difference to museum and archeological sites. As a woman I did not need a headscarf - but I did not go inside mosques. Loose and sleeved garments fine for the weather and modesty. Avoid sandals if visiting the pyramids or any archeological sites. We didn’t find many outstanding restaurants, but then we are not great foodies. Don’t expect to swim except in hotel pools. Allow lots of time on the GEM Cairo, and the Alexandria Biblioteca.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Cairo? An incredible city, confusing, dirty and yet I would like to visit some more places that we haven't reached. We felt very safe and walked over 10 km a day with our 7 year old daughter. Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
