Overlooking the Nile River and just a 5-minute walk from the Cairo Museum, the Ramses Hilton boasts an elevated pool terrace heated in the winter, an on-site casino and gym. The food was extremely tasty. I loved all the food here. The room was super comfy and the views were amazing. I would go back just for the room and the food. I had the best time here. Breakfast with a small view of the nile. Compared to another hotel (will not name) I really enjoyed the food in this one. The hotel is conveniently located as just before zamalek to avoid the traffic of that area but in general still falls part of the cbd traffic. However I prefer this location as it is extremely close to the CBD area, museums, zamalek, tahreer square and the main street shopping district, all within 10 mins walking distance. Sometimes the traffic was really bad it was easier to walk.

We stayed 3 nights and 2 days. It was a short trip but enough for us. We did the main cultural sites such as the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Civilization museums. Khan el Khalili market, Cairo tower, the nile dinner cruise with Belly dancing, devilish dancing, and few shops.
I really visited so many places in Cairo but this hotel is really deferent,I really love it and love every thing about it ,it is amazing comfortable cleanses fully satisfied , it is worth and not very expensive.. I think I well advice my friends to stay in this apartment in future.. Thanks booking.com
Many local people are great, helpful and glad to see visitors, but some seem to hate tourists. Even for a fixed price some taxis will unnecessarily drive you around for an hour (no idea why?) and then not get you to the destination (even the pyramids) or take you to wrong place - a "shop" where you will be bothered to "just see" this or that or a "cafe" for a break (often a wedding centre with a fixed menu). You will keep paying until you become really unpleasant. Tourist guides will often be be paid by government but will also con you to pay or "tip" as will many "independents". Make the grumpiest face you can, act angry, and you may see all the real marvels.
I want to warn tourists about the Brothers Pyramids view hotel. 1. I booked a shuttle because our flight landed at two o'clock in the morning. no reply and no shuttle when we arrived. I booked two rooms with pyramid view. When we arrived we were told that because we are so late, our rooms was given to others. We would be moved to our correct rooms. That afternoon we were given 1 room wit a partial pyramid view and one with a view on a backyard of some place. We were offered discounts etc but when I asked where the rooms were that I booked(as advertised on booking.com) the owner walked in and all ended up in a shouting match, his poor staff trying to keep him calm. He then told us to leave when we said we did not want to stay in such a place, but not before we cancelled booking.com(although we arrived for our booking and stayed there and paid for our stay). O yes Cairo - Unfortunately this left a sour taste in the mouth, but the tour to the pyramids, market and museum was great(although it was extremely full of tourists)'. I found the vendors extremely obnoxious and in your face, but I guess it is their bread and butter. Just don't get angry if I really do not want to buy a scarf!!
Filthy, busy, smoggy and smelly. And hassled all the time for shops/taxi/camel/horse Go look at the Pyramids for a few hours, and the museum, then get out of dodge. Use uber to get around. Cheap and hassle free.
I really enjoyed visiting the pyramids, the old museum and the citadel. I also went further afield to Memphis and Saqqara. I did this on an organised tour with a guide, which I would recommend as it saved getting a lot of hassle. I also visited The Mall of Egypt. I used Uber taxis to get there and back, and also to get to the airport. Using Uber was easy and the fares are very well priced. Uber are extremely useful in Cairo. The only issue was the local people, when walking around the city, trying to sell you things that generally you do not want or need. Sometimes you have to be very firm with them. Mind you this is not confined to Cairo, it is a problem throughout Egypt, apart from a few areas. The locals also complain that tourists are not visiting any more, but seem to be unable to understand that it is their behaviour that is putting tourists off visiting. People here also expect to be tipped, even demand tips, for any service no matter how small or poorly delivered.
Giza, Cairo
The views were unbeatable! I traveled with my three children and this was their favorite place in Egypt. It is a family-run hotel and the people there treat you like family. It is on a private street where my kids could run and play with other children. The family had many sweet children living nearby that played with my kids everyday and my children did not want to leave their new friends. They made us feel at home. it’s also walking distance to the pyramids and good restaurants. I highly recommend! We plan to go back already.
Cairo
overall best value for money. prime location amazing stsff , i have always stayed at 4 * hotels though this hostel truly exceeded my expectations ,Mohammed the taller man at desk made sure to go the extra mile and always greeted me with a smile and made sure i was satisfied, housekeeping and other ladies are always quick in responding to requests.it can not get any better than this hostel full tv channels amazing downtown view from room balcony plus air condition for a really cheap price stongly recommend it
Giza, Cairo
For the price it was a very good stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was filling and enough. The hotel itself and my room especially was clean and well maintained. The view from the rooftop was trully outstanding and remarkable. Also noone at the hotel bothered you, or asked you for tips, unless you specifically asked them for something. If you visit Egypt you will soon learn this is a HUGE upside. Overall if you want a safe and nice place to stay for cheap this hotel is a good choice.
Giza, Cairo
We loved our stay at the Gardenia Inn, the staff was so friendly and the view from the restaurant to the pyramids is amazing!! Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff could book us a great tour of Cairo with the Egyptian museum and market, and the airport pick ups worked perfectly too. We would love to come again soon! If you search for a cheap AND great accomodation with the best view over the pyramids and a place where they offer transfers, tours ect for you, this is the place :)
One of the best hotel in cairo clean and freindly staff always helpful and smiling especially mrs lamia receptionist she is very welcoming with her beautiful smile The hotel has many nice facilities including big swimming pool ...spa service and gym a bowling and the most important one is starbucks next door with a Lot of restaurants and cafes all around the hotel over all it was very nice experience for me and definitely i will stay back in this property when visiting Egypt again
Great hotel, great people, great room and great food. it’s a 100% pure success. Checking fast, room clean with some cakes and water to welcome you. The lady at the reception upgrade us from standard to superior free of charge. Room are confortable, clean, with good amenities The international buffet is clean, fresh, well presented and very good, with perfect service. I will come back for sure if I visit Cairo again as it’s a real European 5 stars with Egyptian spirit.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay, friendly and helpful. The restaurants were excellent, gourmet food and lovely ambience. Breakfast buffet was impeccable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and the concierge arranged a tour for us to the sights. Indoor pool was lovely to use during winter months and there is a jacuzzi and steam room for adults. The spa was amazing also. The hotel is out of the city but about 30-40 min drive to the sites.
This place is incredible. The hosts / manager were some of the most friendly people I ever met abroad and were extremely accommodating and professional throughout my stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the wi-fi worked better than in a 5 star hotel I visited in Luxor. Most importantly, there is nothing cooler than waking up to a full panoramic view of the ancient pyramids. My top recommendation for anyone going to Egypt.
Cairo
The hotel is located in the center of Tahrir. For those who love city life, the best. Everything is in the area, restaurants, shopping. The hotel is very clean, bed linen, towel is changed every day, cleaning is done. The cleanest hotel I have ever met in Egypt. The breakfast was crambled eggs , cheese, baked goods, vegetables. That was enough. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very good little hotel I can only recommend them.
Giza, Cairo
It was the Best experience I had the place is clean and the resection man is very kindly and have a nice smile and he can also speak English. the room is clean and the owner made a great update in the hotel and in room also and the roof is very nice and big and opposite to the three pyramids and the breakfast is Egyptian food and it is delicious I really liked this hotel I will come back again
The staff here are very helpful, took us to stores that we may not be able to find on Google Maps when we said we needed something. The location and view is exceptional, best place to watch the sunset over pyramids. There are tours provided by the hotel, we booked a night cruise on Nile river, the quality was very good and the price was cheaper than from other agents.
The suite was amazing! We choose this hotel to be not far away from the airport for our last night in Cairo...but we realize that our stay was too short, we wanted to stay longer in this hotel, maybe next time in Egypt! Nice breakfast, kind staff, and a pool on the rooftop! Run to the Radisson Blu honestly!
An easy walk from all three airport terminals (closest to Terminal 3) makes this the perfect hotel for airport access. A beautiful, comfortable and affordable modern facility with great restaurants, this is the hotel option you wished you could find at all of the major city international airports.
Giza, Cairo
This was definitely one of my best hotel experiences in my life. Gardenia has an amazing view and feel. The staff are really helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. I will definitely come back here during my next visit to Egypt
Giza, Cairo

I have tried tolip several times in different places in Egypt and really i witness its a very wonderful hotel deserves to be rated as a 5 stars hotel. Recommended to any one seatches for acceptable price and a luxury stay.
Room is quite new, staff is nice. I received best towel ever (very big and thick, even better than in 5 star hotel) and there is phene in toilet (usualy no phene in budget hotel).
Clean, cozy and comfortable. An Amazing staff ,Rihanna and Nora are so welcoming and professional.TO BE HONEST so far in Egypt, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
It was clean and nice, compared to other 5 star hotels in Egypt we have been to
