The hotel is located across the Egyptian Museum, it's as central as it gets, we got upgraded to a suite which was awesome, thank's. There is a gym, spa and pool in the second floor and a full bar and restaurant at the lobby. The breakfast buffet it's very good, lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at Marwa Hotel, and I had another very pleasant experience. The hotel offers very reasonable prices compared with other hotels, especially considering the size of the accommodation and the service provided. What I liked most was the staff. The entire team was friendly, welcoming and always helpful. A special thank you to Merna, who was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. She checked on me shortly after I entered the suite to make sure everything was good and that I was comfortable. She even offered to change my suite if I wasn't completely happy and kindly showed me another suite on a different floor. However, I was very happy with the suite I had on the 16th floor, rooms 616–617. The suite itself was very spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, I have forgotten her name, but she was very kind, professional and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Good value for money, spacious accommodation and, most importantly, an excellent and helpful team. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We came from Algeria, and it was our first experience in Egypt — and you made sure it would be an unforgettable one. The staff is more than attentive, and they genuinely encourage you to reach out if you need anything. Our sincere thanks go to Mena, Mahmoud, and Ismail, who made Gaia Hotel our go-to place and a trusted home in Egypt. The breakfast is very generous, with plenty of free extras offered spontaneously — enough to leave with a few extra kilos! The terrace is incredible, perfectly located right in front of the pyramids. The furniture is simple but efficient, and everything is spotlessly clean. The room balconies are a bit small, but the pyramid view more than makes up for it. It’s perfect for sitting down and enjoying a coffee while admiring the view. Thank you again, Gaia Hotel, for this unforgettable stay! Khadija

The staff was super cooperative and understanding from Mr Mina the reservations manager to the front desk staff. I am an Egyptian and I was super happy with the service , room design and layout as well as the facilities.

Everything was excellent - staff, services, hotel, cleaniness, food, housekeeping absolute outstanding best hotel in Egypt. All staff were just amazing especially housekeeper Thoria Anwar and manager of housekeeping Salah were the most friendliest and most outstanding staff of all and we started to love them even more after what they treated us soo nicely with their kind help and service to us. I highly recommend Sonesta and its most amazing staff 😊❤😊❤ we cant wait to come back to Sonesta for the 3rd time in December 2025.

This is a superb hotel. I spent 4 nights here on one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. And the pillows are a great height. The staff are helpful and friendly without exception. The heated pool is wonderful and the wellness center with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna is excellent particularly thanks to the fabulous Ghada! There is a wide variety of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants; I particularly liked the Lebanese restaurant, Dabke. Amazing Babaganoush. The hotel has a lovely vibe and is conveniently located, just 10 minutes from the airport.
