At one point we needed an inexpensive suitcase for things we had bought, and one of the staff members was kind enough to personally come with us and take us to a local market to help us find one. We have never experienced this level of care anywhere before. The food was always freshly made and available at any time, the prices were very reasonable, the beds were comfortable, and there was always hot water. Everything you could wish for in a stay, plus exceptional service that makes all the difference. We would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

It’s not clear why this is only a 4 star hotel as it certainly had a 5 star feel and service. Outstanding staff, often asking for feedback about their service, very comfortable rooms and beds, outstanding breakfast buffet, the best we have seen. Room service excellent with very generous portions that we could not finish, and reasonably priced laundry service. Highly recommend for a stay in Cairo
