Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was excellent in every way and made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The ladies who prepared our food were wonderful – always kind, caring, and the food was delicious. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, it made a huge difference that they let us rest in the lobby both before check-in and after check-out, since we arrived early in the morning and left late at night. The breakfast was honestly the best we had in all of Cairo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect, everything is close by and easy to reach. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was genuinely helpful and good-hearted. We honestly couldn’t imagine a better stay.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff who helped us with organizing our stay in Cairo. There is a heated pool on the roof. We were very impressed with the breakfasts, which were served on the roof terrace with a wide selection and great mango juice.

Fantastic experience! We arrived close to the last check-in time, but it was no problem and were greeted with patience and a welcome drink. Muhammad was so welcoming and friendly. The view of the pyramids from the terrace is stunning and there are comfortable places to sit, with a great atmosphere. The room was very clean and of a high standard. Looked very new. The breakfast is also good. I was especially impressed because one the first day I missed breakfast because I was ill while travelling there. Then they brought a plate of fruit to my room even though I never told them I was feeling bad. This was such a high level of care. I was extremely impressed! The owner of the hotel even came over to my table and politely introduced himself and offered any help. A really personal touch. PS. I don't understand some other reviewers, the lift was very good and we had a great view of the pyramids from our balcony.
