During our stay we only ate breakfasts, lunches & dinners at Lani's Gourmet Restaurant - all excellent. Access to beach was very good and no traffic noise. All staff were warm and welcoming "a family". We made use of the beauty salon, staff were considerate to our needs, relaxed ambiance, creating a fully pleasurable experience.

The lovely sea view was amazing and our own sunbeds made the holiday. The towels where changed everyday and beds made. All areas where kept spotless. The staff where so friendly and helpful.

A very big, comfortable, quiet room with jacuzzi on the balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we loved their service. Especially the girl at the desk of the buffet: she made sure we took note of every plant-based option. A muchos gracias to her!! Location is perfect: right at the beach and boulevard. A perfect base to discover the rest of this beautiful island by bike or car. The infinity pools are a great place to relax for a moment. The one at the front has a great seaview. We booked another stay for the end of summer.

The privileged location of this hotel, only 10 minutes' walk from Playa de Puerto del Carmen Beach, provides a large number of services nearby. The staff in the hotel were amazing and so helpful. It’s a brilliant spot for kids and the range of fresh food was great.
