It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.

What a place. Never ever let guests so friendly... The reception team amazing.... And Nicole on the bar was quite simply brilliant!!!!!!!!. So good we have booked again!!!.. thank you panorama for an unbelievable holiday!!!!!

The privileged location of this hotel, only 10 minutes' walk from Playa de Puerto del Carmen Beach, provides a large number of services nearby. Can't think of anything I didn't like apart from the work going on with the centre pool a little dusty and noisy at times.
