Anemos Rooms & Apartments offers elegantly decorated accommodation with free WiFi access in Nafplio, within a 5-minute walk of the Old Town. Palamidi is 600 metres from the property. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay at the hotel. Our little ones could sleep safely on the sofa bed, so the parents didn't have to split and guard the kids, as we do in other establishments. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of freshly prepared goods, which we all enjoyed. The historical center is walking distance, even for our 6-year-olds. Our room had a calming view of a small park next to the hotel and the famous Palamidi castle.

Built of stone, Bastione Malvasia Hotel is situated in the medieval castle of Monemvasia, just 300 metres from the gate. Wow! This is one of those special places to stay. Historic, beautiful, cozy, thoughtful, professional, with a truly incredible breakfast, and an amazing location inside the old town. Amazing value for money (at least in low season).

Set amidst lush greenery, at an altitude of 600 metres, the traditionally built Guesthouse Mazaraki is situated close to the picturesque village of Mystras, offering views of the Byzantine castle of... Everything was wonderful - welcoming staff, beautiful location, gorgeous room and delicious breakfast. It’s incredibly quiet and romantic, and luxurious without being fussy.

Set in a mid-19th-century neoclassical house right opposite Kapodistrias Square, the boutique hotel Nafsimedon offers a small garden with palm trees overlooking Kolokotronis Park. The staffs are very warm and polite, providing detailed recommendations on parking and restaurants deserved to be try. The location is so good that all the site are walkable. The facilities are all well equipped and with high quality.

Beautifully restored Pension Dafni is located in Nafplio’s Old Town, underneath Palamidi Fortress, 200 metres from Arvanitia Beach. Spotly clean, location away from noisy main street, friendly staff, confortable mattress. Very good value for money.

Occupying a traditional stone mansion with wonderful views of the surrounding area, Bacchus is a charming and luxurious pension 3 km from Ancient Olympia. A 10 is not enough to describe our experience in Bacchus. The inn has an amazing view (great sunset view too!) and a very cozy, rustic feel to it, aided by the basis on stone and wood. The room was spacious, spotless and fully outfitted with all the usual hotel equipment. All furniture and appliances were in great condition. The dining area is very pretty and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious all around. The restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. The pool is another highlight. It definitely is the cleanest one I've ever been to and is very beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they made us feel right at home from the very first second. I'll also have to praise Bacchus for being careful about conserving water and energy (e.g. 2 modes for flushing water, A/C goes on standby when windows are open). All in all, if you are in the area, this is the place to stay, no questions asked. We are already planning our next visit!

Former residence of a 19th century mayor of Nafplion, Ilion is situated in the centre of the Old Town, overlooking Syntagma Square. It features classical furnishings and rooms with different themes. The grand old style of the decor and the helpful staff. The location is perfect in Old Town and the breakfast is very grand.

Hotel Europa Olympia is built on the top of Drouvas Hill in Ancient Olympia. I'm traveling a lot, but that was first time when personnel was so helpful and nice. They were doing everything to make our stay comfortable. Pool is awesome, but what's the best is restaurant. Perfect dinner in beautiful garden. Don't look for other hotels in area, take this without any doubts, especially superior room. Breakfast are full also :)
