Secondly, the breakfast at this hotel was the most generous we had throughout our Europe trip. It catered to both Eastern and Western preferences with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, which was great for our stomachs—no need to settle for cold food. Every morning, the whole family enjoyed a hearty and delicious meal before heading out happily to explore. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. Third, the lobby service was exceptionally thoughtful—there were comfortable sofas for guests to relax on and complimentary hot and cold drinks. It was the perfect place to unwind with a hot chocolate or coffee before heading back to our room. Last but certainly not least, the front desk and customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They answered many questions I hadn’t had time to research beforehand, including important details like taxi fares and travel times. Even after I checked out, they continued to patiently assist me with issues I encountered later. For a traveler running around in a foreign country, that kind of support felt especially heartwarming. And best of all must have been the staff who were by far nice and provided good service, which is something I as a customer value a lot when I'm traveling. Tuvimos el último día de nuestra estancia un problema con una pérdida de documentación y nos ayudaron a recuperarla con amabilidad y diligencia.

We loved the location, close to some great restaurants in a safe neighbourhood. We had a beautiful room that was cool and quiet with outstanding bedding!! The staff at the hotel were friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was superb with a beautiful lounge to eat in. We highly recommend Hotel Beletage!

The communication was always great, the room was super clean! The hosts (specially Paty) are super friendly! You can find public transportation just around the corner Totally recommend it!
