I like the location and the convenience of this hotel. The breakfast is pretty good - beyond expectations for the category of the hotel. The staff is welcoming, they have good atmosphere in the hotel. I received a room with a balcony and it was explained to me that the room direction is to tue quiet side, which I appreciated. Also, any of my small requests got answered by the staff members. I appreciate it! The light train is 2 minutes walk, shopping streets and restaurants are 2 minutes walk, the old city entrance (Jaffa gate) is about 15-20 minutes walk. Prime location 👍🏻

The New Imperial is a charming, genuinely old, family-run (multi-generational) hotel. its location is unparalleled as it is inside Jaffa Gate and opposite to the Tower of David. Its rooftop gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. The staff were all charming and very attentive (and got up early to prepare an early breakfast for us).

With great public transport links, the City Center Jerusalem Apartment Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the nearest Light Rail stop. The Israel Museum, Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and the Botanic Gardens are a 15-minute bus ride away. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave etc. The room and bathroom were clean, with a small balcony too. Good location, approx. 25 mins walk to old city.
