Set in a 17th-century building, Casa Masoli is only 450 metres from Basilica of Saint Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia’s Byzantine mosaics. All the staff were very friendly and engaged, Anna, the host is clearly, and rightly, proud of the hotel, enthusiastic and informative about all the delights the city had to offer. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel in Italy. I would hope to return.

Featuring a sun terrace, a wellness centre, and a free gym, the 4-star Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is 500 metres from Ravenna centre. The modern rooms offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and large LED TVs. The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a circular bed. Breakfast had a great selection for all dietary requirements. Good location near the town centre and train station.

M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. Great location, room, breakfast, staff and beautiful interior of an old preserved house. 5 minut walk to main square and 10-15 min to the train station.

Honey Rooms is set in a 16th-century town house 150 metres from Ferrara's Cathedral, in the historical centre. All elegant rooms come with free Wi-Fi and an LCD satellite TV. Very central location but quiet. Communication with regard to accessing the property was good and there was a safe place for our bicycles in the rear courtyard. Excellent breakfast!

Set in Rimini's Rivazzurra area, Hotel Rubens is 100 metres from Fiabilandia theme park and 300 metres from the seaside. The hotel has been completely renovated. I have stayed in many hotels in Rimini, Italy and around Europe and this one is the best value for money and the best customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional, all of the staff members are great, especially Cristian. The building is the newest out of all the hotels i stayed in rimini, irs very close to the beach and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk and there is a very cheap breakfast option in the hotel.

Featuring 18th-century architecture, this former noble residence is in the centre of Ravenna and 400 metres from the train station. Very good value hotel in a grand building. Superb breakfast buffet, friendly waiter. Free chocolates!!

Newly renovated with modern designs and trendy character, Savhotel is 500 metres from the Fiera di Bologna exhibition centre. Really good place to stay during visit to Bologna. Beautiful place with great view and jacuzzi on the top of the roof. Very nice and kind staff, we got everything we needed during our visit here. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and well located. We have really nice and delicious breakfast here, also very nice staff during breakfast time. Amazing coffee and pastries.
