My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

Very good value for the money. Location is great, walkable from most of touristic attractions and suitable for a healthy active person who loves exploring. The building is historical but has elevator. When we arrived personnel welcomed us with romantically arranged room since it was our anniversary holiday trip, which we consider to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture. Rooms was cozy, beds and pillows great, bathroom very spacious. Breakfast was very good, basic options but very yummy and fresh, rooms and facilities clean and personnel very polite, helpful and welcoming! We would gladly return! Thank you Palazzo Martellini!
