Perfection location just outside the city center. Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

Very family friendly. Baby cot was set up to perfection. Spacious and with all the facilities to make life easy for parents with children. Staff were amazing. On check in, Isa was a star. Recommended us all the things to do as well as guiding us on don’t as we were driving and there are restrictions for the old city.

Hotel della Signoria is set in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria square and Ponte Vecchio bridge. It’s location was in the middle of everything and very central location. Still at nighttime you wouldn’t hear any noise. Breakfast choice was brilliant and very fresh produce.
