Offering public indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, Yufuin Onsen Hinoharu Ryokan features Japanese-style accommodations with a flat-screen satellite TV and Yukata robes. The property is very close to the Yufuin main Street. The staffs are extremely friendly and nice. The most memorable experience of my stay was the breakfasts and kaiseki dinners, very dish were delish and meticulously prepared with the freshest ingredients.

Location was great! Food was also good. Rooms were adequate for Japan hotels. Lobby was nice. Can have some wine or sake and chips at night.

Opened in 2012, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kagoshima is just a 2-minute walk from JR Kagoshima-Chuo Train Station and features a French restaurant and massage services. We loved the proximity to the train station and the view in our room was exceptional. The view of Sakurajima was amazing! The room was small but comfortable.
