What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy and would happily stay here again.

Settle Inn Tourist Lodge ligger i en delvis lantlig miljö, bara 1 km från Kandy City och Tandtemplet. Här finns en restaurang, gratis WiFi och privat parkering. It was a calm and comfy getaway from the crowds during the Esala Perahera. Rooms are very comfortable and perfectly clean. And the owner was incredibly nice and helpful, he gave us a lot of tips.

Queen's Hotel Kandy - 160 Years of Heritage ligger inrymt i en historisk byggnad, 50 meter från Kandysjön. Vi hade bokat queens hotel men när vi kom dit fanns det inget rum, men personalen gjorde vad dom kunde på ett fantastiskt sätt, vi fick transport till suisse hotel och det var jättebra vi är så nöjda.

I loved the attention of the restaurant staff, I didn’t like so much the reception staff on checkout, very pushy to write a review and took my phone to write her own and include names of staff that I didn’t recognize.
