It's right in town but down a small lane, so you don't hear noise from busy main road. They also run a taxi service which is very reasonable!

Plus the decor, interior and view from the property was wonderful. Great hospitality provided by the team. You can easily spend a day or two exploring the 98 acres.

Also good location to see around Sigiriya, Dambulla Cave Temple and get relaxed in nature. The buffet canteen is suitable for family travelers and couple like us.

Our stay at Arika Villa was beyond our expectations. The owner is a gem of a person and treat you as a your own family. Spectacular location , very close to sigriya loin fortress.
