This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. The private waterfall was the highlight of this property. Plus the decor, interior and view from the property was wonderful. Great hospitality provided by the team. You can easily spend a day or two exploring the 98 acres.

Sigiriya is located within the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Featuring the best view of the Lion’s Rock, it offers an outdoor pool, restaurant and free parking. The best view of Sigiriya Rock! Very nice pool, clean hotel, great staff, there was live music the day we were there which was a great addition, the staff in the restaurant and all around the hotel were amazing, very courteous and helpful. This place is one of a kind in Sigiriya.

Featuring seating areas underneath a tropical garden canopy, this historic Sri Lanka Dambulla Rock Arch bed and breakfast is 3.1 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Features include free breakfast and WiFi.... What a marvelous find! Utterly charming accommodation just off the main road, but open to farmland at the back and surrounded by a lovely garden. You would never guess you are in the centre of a busy town. The rooms are probably the best we stayed in during our trip (including much more expensive hotels). Lovely comfortable bed with mosquito net tent. There is a separate kitchen area with a small fridge, kettle and tea/coffee supplies and plates and cutlery. There is also a space with a luggage rack and place to hang clothes. The bathroom is large with premium fittings and hot water. There is a nice terrace with chairs out front and even a little yard at the back with a washing line. The breakfast area is so lovely, partially open with a fish pond. And the breakfast was superb. Beautifully home cooked Sri Lankan food, with European options too. The family are very sweet and helpful and arranged a tour to Sigiriya, followed by an elephant safari at Minneriya. Absolutely wonderful. No hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool and sauna facilities, Arika overlooks peaceful greenery views. Guests enjoy comfortable guestrooms with air conditioning and a private terrace. t was a wonderful getaway — Lucian and the team provided exceptional service, making us feel completely at home. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, and the food options were excellent. Highly recommended!
