Great location, very close to everything, both to the main attractions and shops, restaurants. The hotel has a lovely garden, and all rooms and common spaces are decorated with great aesthetic sense. I really liked the details referring to the culture and tradition of the region. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, quiet and conducive to relaxation. A really wonderful place! With a great atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. With friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hotels I've been to during my several-month trip!

The pool was heated which was nice because it was a bit cold out overall we really enjoyed this hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and had a good view of everything. Even had food delivered to us and wasn't a long walk to go see things.

Posada El Zaguan is a renovated Mexican-style hotel in San Cristóbal de Las Casas. It boasts mountain views, a shared dining room and free breakfast. Free Wi-Fi access is available. They let us in before check-in time (we arrived very early after a night bus), this was extremely kind. Great hotel, awesome shower, good breakfast, nice bed, great wifi connection! Everything is very clean and the hotel is nicely decorated with local art pieces (that you can buy). Great value for the money you pay!

Very nice atmosphere very close to city center and all the attractions. They treated us excellent and helped us book tours and acquire our taxi back to the airport. Definitely will keep them in mind for our next stay. Great Great breakfast!!!! Even gave us a to go box for trip back to airport!!!

Hotel Casa Mexicana is a colonial-style building located 100 metres from Santo Domingo Church, in the historic centre of San Cristóbal de las Casas. It offers a charming central garden and free Wi-Fi.... We loved this colonial villa. Amazing stuff, helpful and so nice. We really enjoyed our stay

Troopiliste aedadega ümbritsetud hotell Boutique Quinta Chanabnal asub Palenque arheoloogilisest paigast 5 km kaugusel. We have been travelling for three weeks but this was our favourite place. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge, well-appointed and had a balcony with seating. The place feels very tropical and has lots of trees and a lake and a cascading pool area. We ate dinner here and the menu featured a range of traditional Mayan dishes that were delicious. There were a couple of families of howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and listening to them in the morning and at dusk was incredible. Staff were all great and we would have loved to have stayed longer than 4 nights. Very hard to leave this special place right in the jungle. It was only 4km from the ruins, we caught a taxi there, but walked back via a very good footpath.
