This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Excellent value for a quiet, comfortable and safe hotel. Location is great as it’s adjacent to great neighborhoods and parks. Surrounded by delicious food. The courtyard is beautiful and the staff is lovely and makes a great breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to CDMX.

It is a lovely small hotel featuring curated works of art and a wonderful ambiance. Each day when I returned, it was wonderful to sit in the lobby or out in the garden. It was great to have a small well stocked bar. The breakfast featured a tasty, cooked Mexican main dish which was tailored to guests’ preferences. There were many choices besides the main. All were fresh and well presented. All this said, it was the staff at reception that was the highlight of my stay. They were patient and incredibly helpful, assisting with tour arrangements, dinner recommendations and travel. I was impressed by every aspect of this bed and breakfast and highly recommend a stay there.

The house and the rooms are very pleasant (and the bed comfortable). The breakfast is fantastic with variety every day. The hosts went out of their way to kindly accommodate my early arrival and late departure - much appreciated. I will definitely come again. I stayed for 6 nights and loved having Coyoacan as my base. As a solo single woman traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe.

Located in Mexico City’s business district, Hotel Novit has a rooftop pool with fantastic views of the city. The staff don't change, which is a good sign for the management, and means they recognize that I am a frequent and loyal guest. The concierge team in particular (Juan Pablo, Rafael and Mario) is great. The hotel design is very basic but everything is pleasant, well maintained and functions well. The food in the dining room is good and provides a decent selection at a fair price. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the beds are comfortable and there are nice touches in the room like useful amenities, robes and a small kettle. The shower and toilet always work well. The location is excellent and with the exception of the rooms facing the roof top bar next door, the rooms are quiet. I have been to the best hotels in the world and I'll say that what one gives up in beauty and glamor at this hotel one wins back in consistent quality in spades. My go to hotel in Mexico City.
