The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

Attractively situated in the centre of Tulum, XscapeTulum features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

The location is perfect, the staff always helpful, room is simple, but clean and comfy, breakfast the best I had in Mexico ;) Will come back again with my tourists. Worth its money and I would give it a four stars! Highly recommend it!
