I really enjoyed my stay at Che Suites! The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡

Este alojamiento aislado se encuentra a las afueras de la localidad de Tulum, a poca distancia en taxi de la playa. El alojamiento está rodeado de jardines tropicales. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Big area and beach for only a few guests. Perfect location and good to have a quiet space between all the events.

Our stay at Azucar was absolutely perfect! The place is beautiful, dreamy!!!! The pool area on the beach, STUNNING!!! Everything is new, sparkling clean. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated with quality furniture and bed linens. Powerfull AC, hot shower, large balcony with breathtaking views. The staff were all very personable and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Xavier that took care of us on the beach is a gem and he made the best michelada i've ever had! I was travelling alone with my 6 year old daughter and we always felt safe and welcomed. She loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. Another thing to note is that the food is spectacular!!! The guacamole with chicharron, the fish tacos, the tuna tostada, the breakfasts, EVERYTHING! Quality ingredients prepared the right way. It was quiet at night and we slept like babies. There's also a stunning pool on the roof with views of the jungle and the sea. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely return!

El Unic Design Hotel es un alojamiento elegante situado en la animada 5ª Avenida de Playa del Carmen, a solo 5 minutos del club de playa Mamitas. Excellent location. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear some sounds of artists on the streets at night, but it didn't bother us at all. The water in the shower in the morning takes a while to heat up, but that's okay. Breakfast at the Italian restaurant just below was a great and delicious option. It was really worth being at the hotel. Thanks!

XscapeTulum tiene una ubicación excelente en el centro de Tulum y tiene habitaciones con aire acondicionado, una pileta al aire libre, wifi gratis y un jardín. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Tulum! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was spacious, nice, and clean, with a very comfortable bed, fast internet, and well-working A/C. I loved the view from my balcony and enjoyed swimming in the pool, perfect for cooling off. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!
