The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

The room was very spacious, at times it almost felt like it didn't need to be so big. The staff at the hotel restaurant were beyond helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated throughout our stay. The food delicious, the drinks immaculate and the atmosphere sublime. The location is perfect for relaxing at the beach or at the pool, plus the staff are very eager to assist with any sort of transportation or sightseeing activities you might want to do on or around the island. Just make sure to get loads of mosquito spray, as it can be a literal bloodbath at times. We especially loved the diverse wildlife this hotel was surrounded by, like for example iguanas, sunbathing on the restaurant roof, Mexican eagles nesting on the watchtower nextdoor, fish, turtles and stingrays just off the hotel beach etc. Amazing for animal lovers!

This family-run hotel is located in front of the beach on the beautiful Holbox Island, just off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and stylish hut-style rooms. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The beach lounge and restaurants were great and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was great! We loved it and hope to come back!

Offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, this adults-only all-inclusive resort and spa features endless activities and entertainment, such as outdoor pools, fitness centre, private beach area... this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. All amenities were top quality,the food was fantastic and the service world class. We stayed in one of the two ocean front villas,which i recommend highly. Will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you Viceroy and the best host Edgar i have encountered anywhere in the world.
