Located in the business district of Utrecht, Holiday Inn Express offers rooms with individually controlled heating, free breakfast and free WiFi. The staff was very polite and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a really nice addition to our stay. The room was very nice.

Upon arrival don’t expect a traditional hotel reception. The downstairs, effectively the main communal area, takes the form of a modern coffee shop. Here you are greeted by one of the staff members and check in is over in a matter of minutes. The room has high ceilings and was full of natural light thanks to the two huge windows. Decor was a mix of old a new with a marble fireplace being a key feature. The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower area was also spacious, more like a wet room. Location is perfect with everything you need nearby.
