Everything was nice and clean, The room was huge and the food is great. In the lobby there is a play area for kids, and a huge playground outside. Loved the mini fridge, kettle and coffee in the room.

The hotel location was at the same point central and quiet, the room was spacious, quiet and well decorated and equipped, bed was very comfortable, the cleaning was very satisfactory, the politeness of the personel, especially the ladies who served during breakfast is very commendable. The decoration of the reception and the restaurant (where the brekfast was also served) has historical and romantic aura.

Unique architecture, period atmosphere, beautiful forest location, exquisite cuisine - Apartamenty Carskie offers accommodation in the heart of Bialowieza Forest. The railway carriage apartment was sumptuous and the whole place was very atmospheric with lots of old trains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners also excellent. The bed linen was starched which also felt luxurious.

Perfect stay on your way to Europe. Arrived late, the staff was at the reception and very helpful. Did not have to wait or anything, perfect experience during check-in and check-out. Also plenty of room for free parking as we arrived very late with personal vehicle.
