На място има сауна.... We LOVED our suite! The view of the Natural Pools was unbelievable! We could not have asked for more! Fabulous room, shower, smart tv, robes, towels, sheets, space, decor, outdoor furniture, everything was amazing! Breakfast was excellent as well. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Chef making omelettes, eggs, pancakes, waffles. Fresh fruit, baked goods, cold meats and cheeses. Very good coffee. Outdoor seating for breakfast with spectacular views of the Natural Pools... wonderful place. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!!

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Beautiful home, comfortable and completely renovated. The host Teresa is very nice. Looking forward to returning.

The location of the hotel was fabulous brilliant views of the sea and the staff were so friendly and very helpful when we had to stay an extra night as our plane home was cancelled! The hotel also provided a very good complimentary mini bus service to the start and finish of various walks and to Funchal and to the airport. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and place!

Amazing breakfast, perfect with the rooftop pool and bar with very nice views of Funchal and the ocean. Also great with the Spa. I had a big and comfortable room with a kitchenette.

Brilliant hotel, absolutely amazing staff, fantastic restaurant with a top class evening menu and fantastic breakfast (fresh orange juice) an incredible selection. A welcome basket in our room and a bottle of bubbles with a hand written welcome note 🙌🏼 Right next to the airport but so quiet and relaxing The salt water sea pool was incredible we loved it and will definitely be back

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel offers great views of the surrounding area, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small but cozy pool. Overall, the facilities and services were good, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Madeira.

This restored Madeiran mansion is located 900 metres from Funchal's Old Town and has scenic views of the sea, the city and the mountains from its own botanical gardens and terraces. Everything! Hotel was in a comfortable location, very quiet surroundings and still within 15 by walk from the old town. Super helpful Man at the reception desk (sorry I don't remember the name). Upon arrival - as this was our first night at Madeira - he made us a complete briefing of what to see and how to make it in the most relaxed way (weather portal, trials information). Car parking is a blessing (+ driving into it, felt a bit like entering Batman's hideout - a bit cramped hideout, but still cool <3)
