The 4-star Hotel Hawaii in Mamaia offers accommodation units with sea-view balconies, direct access to the sandy beach, 2 km from the centre of the resort. The customer service skills of the staff are second to none , their professionalism ( ALEX / restaurant and ELENA/ reception ) , care and the attention to details are outstanding and quite impressive.
