Everything was great the staff was great the food is great, the balconies are a little small to try to sit on and the price was a little high but other than that it was really nice

The houses surrounded by forest were so quiet and entirely private. It was unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in. And across the road is the beach—miles of it. The breakfasts were huge, varied and always beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Everyone was so polite and so caring. Nothing left me feeling unsatisfied. This is one of the most relaxing, clean, peaceful and perfectly catered for hotels I have ever stayed in. This was my second time here, and I really hope I can make it a third. Thank you everyone for making my stay a joy.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — close to everything you might need. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

Unlike other hotels/apartments in Pattaya(i tried 5 different places), this hotel offers the best value for money. The room was clean, the bathroom was in good condition, there was a small balcony, and location is also great. 10/10

Located in in Central Pattaya, only a 10-minute stroll from the beach, Altera Hotel and Residence provides modern accommodation with a fully-equipped kitchen. It is beautiful and clean. The location is great, close to the market and the beach. The staff are super nice and friendly.

Fantastic 5-star hotel in the middle of Jomtien Beach. Close to everything. 2 big pools. We stayed here more times and we will be back for sure. Maybe for a longer period. The Wifi in the room with and own router was very good.
