Just a five minute walk to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard Island Queen Ferry, this motel features an outdoor pool. Very clean room. Excellent bedding .bathroom had soap and shampoo and nice towels Convenient to park your car in front of room. All rooms are ground floor I believe. Excellent complementary coffee in morning and very friendly staff Much nicer than you’d expect from lodge

This Cape Cod hotel is 850 metres away from Hyannis Harbor. The hotel offers an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is an outdoor pool which is open July and August. Went with my family for a weekend, very short trip but it worth it every penny. Mr Cliff did his best to accommodate us in the best way possible! I got into the city earlier and called the hotel for an early check in and he made everything go smooth and easy. Very pleasant. Staff also very attentive. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable for me, my wife and our children. Certainly will be back.

Fantastic location right next to everything. Super comfortable with lots of lovely touches (bath robes, plenty of coffee, water and ice, umbrellas etc) excellent value for money, and super comfortable bed. Great TV channels
