Staff had lots of personality (in a good way). Rooms were well designed for reading in bed, making coffee, charging devices & getting ready. Seaport location fabulous for restaurants, walkable.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes’ walk of Historic Downtown Nantucket, The Nantucket Resort Collection features three Inn's - Chapman, Regatta and Sherburne. Excellent location. Staff upgraded my accomodations when I arrived because they had extra rooms in adjacent location.

Guests at the property can enjoy the shared outdoor courtyard, firepit, and BYOB mixer bar. A private bathroom with a vitamin C shower is included in each guest room. the greeter when we arrived was very helpful and courteous. breakfast milk and cream was sour she offered us more. location was great next to two restaurants that were excellent!

This waterfront inn boasts an on-site marina that is filled with boats during the summer season. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and views of the harbor or city. Everything. The staff from the get go was amazing, super friendly and helpful! The room itself was superb, spacious, modern and clean. The Captain’s lounge was really nice. The location was very nice, we enjoyed staying on the harbour with awesome views and away from the city centre itself. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to. The breakfast was also the best I ever had at any hotel. When we checked out we took an uber to the airport. In between all the packing and loading the car with a busy toddler we forgot my carry-on bag at the front door. We only figured this out when we were at the airport and they contacted me. They phoned me and I asked if anyone can bring the bag. Jack and the team at Boston Yacht Haven was beyond amazing and the extra mile the went with bringing the bag was exceptional. I would definitely go back. And would highly recommend this place
