Every room is fitted with a TV and includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower. I was in a hurry to check in and the parking attendants advised using Self Parking instead of Valet. Saved a lot of time and parking in the garage was close to the elevators to the Lobby. Front Desk clerk was welcoming and efficient doing my check in. Explained that my family member canceled plans to travel with me, so I was offered a King room from the 2 Queens I booked. The room was on the 20th floor, all the way down the hall far from the elevators, adjacent to a suite, with a beautiful view of downtown Dallas, not the freeway side. Room was immaculate. Bathroom spotless. Bed so comfortable. TV in the bathroom on the mirror so I watched English Premier League soccer uninterrupted from the living room while in the shower. Comfortable sitting chair in the room. Housekeeping was marvelous, polite. Allowed me to check out at noon instead of 11am. A kind porter delivered a luggage cart to my room upon leaving and walked me to my car.
