The bed is super-comfortable, the windows have good sound-isolation, there are no cars, no constructions sites, no hammering - it is great! Seeing from the map, the hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it is quite closely located to many important sites: the Dubai Mall + Burj Khalifa, the road to the airport, there is a big nice park not far from it. And the view you get from the pool level is insuperable!! The whole Dubai skyline and the Burj Khalifa! The room amenities need no comment - they are ideal. Everything and more. And right underneath the building, just 5 min walk from it, is a gasoline station with a shop where you can get all the drinks, snacks and even burgers.”

Actually there is no review about this residence, so i hesitated to book. But when i arrived at Dubai, the staff texted to check my check-in schedule, and when we couldnt get the location of residence, she sent us the google map direction. Their service was so nice. This residence building seems new, so everything in this building is clean. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine(detergent as well). Bathrooms include showers, bathtub, and complimentary toiletries. Its good location to reach Dubai mall. Im really satisfied with Nasma.”

After this wonderful experience, I have changed my mind about St. Regis Dubai, and I will ALWAYS stay here in all future visits to Dubai.”

“First of all no anyone was waiting me when we arrived and I was waiting 45 muints until I called them. Then I was big shock to me when I found only one bed room having one bed and other two beds located at storage area which making my son to check for them another hotel which I did for them. It's very bad sereveces the cover for the bed of my room also was not clean. Really I serpent my money for bad reservations and I think will not book again into booking.com”
