“Everything about this enormous suite was incredible: the comfortable huge bed, two person whirlpool bath in a fantastic ensuite also offering a double shower plus his and her sinks, a vaulted ceiling, glass sliding doors the entire length of the room to the private roof terrace. Amazing. The breakfast was great, the choice varied and excellent quality. The kitchen staff attentive and friendly. A special mention must be made about the owners who were so lovely. They always had a smile on their faces and were always on hand to help. When we were checking out we asked for a taxi to the local coach station but they said they would drive us themselves! We had a couple of hours to kill so we relaxed by the pool where we were brought water. The decorative netting they used to cover the water jug caught our eye thanks to its tiny bunches of sparkling bananas and we asked where we could buy them. We were told that they were made by a member of staff so on the way to the coach station were whisked to the lady's house and we bought a set. Very impressive.”

“The location of the hotel was sufficient for our needs, mainly hiking in the CdV region. Breakfast though not of a wide variety was sufficient. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, and though they could not speak English, they tried their best to assist us (google translate to the rescue :-)) We had an issue which the owners son, went above and beyond, to settle our minds, and for this, I would definitely recommend this hotel again.”
