Amazing location with great views, very friendly and caring staff, good food, nice reef right by the hotel for snorkeling.

Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat. I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere. On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them. Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers. I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi was truly out of this world. Set within breathtaking natural surroundings, every detail reflected calm, luxury, and thoughtful design. What elevated the experience even further was the exceptional staff, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every moment memorable. From arrival to departure, we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely immersed in something very special.

The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

The staff were great. I lost my wallet and have no cash, the staff allowed me to bank transfer her via duitnow some money, and passed me some cash. Really grateful, because of this my holiday is not ruined

The location is strategic, it's not smack in the middle of the city centre so getting there was not confusing. The interior decoration is impeccable, simply every angle is pleasing to the eyes. The room was perfect, I wrote in my booking that I'm staying there for my birthday, so the hotel so very kindly provided a complimentary cake and minimal decoration for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and there's a selection of pillows that you can choose from to make your night extra comfy. I was a bit worried that the room might be too big with the bathroom taking up a quarter of the space, but thankfully there's a pocket door separating the bathroom from the bed. I also requested a room on the higher floors and they gave me one on the highest, which is very attentive of them. The TV has mirroring options which is great, but unfortunately Netflix is not allowed. A plus point is the complimentary refreshments in the fridge, I didn't have to worry about late night cravings for a nice cold beverage. The breakfast selection was okay, I understand that the hotel is not very big so the breakfast selection was a bit limited. I do have to say that the quality of the food is top-notch.

The location is fantastic, it was just next to Jonker Street. Hence, during the weekend, we could just walk out and shop around the street. The room was exceptionally comfortable, their staff were very polite and accomodating, the amenities were complete, and the best part is their pineapple tarts. They gave out a couple pieces in the evening and it was just a perfect way to wind down while enjoying it with cup of tea.

Great location! We were within walking distance to restaurants and the heart of Georgetown. The staff was welcoming and helpful. And they had plenty of lending umbrellas for the frequent rain showers😊

Being in this beautiful place was an experience on its own. It’s one of those places I visited that will always stay in my memory, from the lovely details and striking contrast of colors to the beauty found in every corner of the mansion. Each space had its own unique charm and character. unbelievably photogenic, one of those unforgettable moments and places that remain with you forever.

Amazing modern, comfortable, design for a hotel with very cool Chinese Malaysian accents. Great swimming pool with interesting view and nice gym. Excellent interesting a la carte breakfast choices.
