“Family of 6 adults who loved and enjoyed everything about our stay at the Millenia Hotel. Location is fantastic!! Just a couple of minutes walk to the markets and town. We booked 3 standard rooms which met our budget and our need for air con. The rooms were very clean, comfy and spacious, and yes some rooms could do with some extra TLC but for us we weren't on holiday to stay in our rooms so some little negatives weren't a big deal for us. The complimentary breakfast is a set menu of cereal, fruits, toast, eggs and baked beans. All delicious and if we wanted something different we just tried a few of the local cafes in town. The swimming pool was clean and wonderful. Great for cooling down from the heat and the opening hours of 6am to 10pm was a big bonus. The set up of the bar and restaurant is great. A large open space to allow the breeze to flow right through. We found it lively and upbeat with a good variety of drinks even a nice cold niu (coconut) if you wanted one.We loved the fact that once the restaurant opened for breakfast it stayed open until 10pm so whatever time of day we got hungry it was no problem to order a meal. We found the food delicious and affordable. We found that the greatest asset the Millenia has is the staff. From the lovely and helpful reception ladies to Peter who dealt with all our luggage and the bar supervisor Jane with her awesome team of Fale, Eddie, Vega, Archie and a few we can't put names to. The chefs and kitchen staff of Chris, Lafaele and Michael and Louisa who always welcomed us to breakfast with her beautiful smile. Lastly all the housekeeping staff and groundsmen who work tirelessly to keep everything clean and fresh. Thank you all for making our holiday absolutely fantastic. We look forward to seeing everyone again when we come back to the Millenia again. With much appreciation from David, Emo, Rosa, Tina, Jas and Dana.”

“Beautiful restored colonial house with a lot of historical items, pictures and furniture that portray how Samoa was back in the days. We had a room with ensuite. It was cosy and nicely decorated. Thank god for the fans and the mosquito nets! The bed was the best we slept on during our entire stay in Samoa (other accommodations had a soft foam mattress which was terrible for our backs). The shower had consistent water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and composed of juices, breads, jams, crepes, fruits, eggs, etc. Perfect to kickstart the day! Great facilities as well. The common kitchen has everything you need. The fales looked amazing. A lot of love has been put in the garden and it was great to be able to cool down in the pool. The hotel is ideally located, a little bit outside of the busy city center and it is possible to walk into town (to the market) in 30 minutes, and to the marina in 20 minutes. The employees were lovely too and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel even after checkout, and use the pool and facilities as we had a late flight. Thank you so much for this! Definitely recommended and would probably stay there again!”

“The location was on a decent beach. The water was nice to swim in and had a fair amount of fish and starfish. Some people saw turtles, but I didn't. Although it's difficult to get around unless you have your own vehicle, the staff helped me book taxis to the places I wanted to go as well as for transport to the wharf. The staff were quite friendly and the food was excellent, especially breakfast. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. Just make sure you have strong mosquito repellent, or else you might get bitten, especially when going to the restaurant.”

I walked up the hill because the car struggled up. Anyway, the handsome Samoan who greeted me at the door was very genuine, but I assume he found it difficult to understand me, so he called Dave & another lady, whom I repeated everything too. They were very understanding & respected my decision. This is why I rated the property so high. Incredible customer service, & it was only right that I showed my face to explain my situation! I'm referring to the intimacy of the this B&B. The location was great. It's in Apaula heights which is literally 5mins from town (Apia). Next door you have a gym (not sure if it's open to the public). But the public pools is a min drive away. Grocery and a few takeaway stores is located next door, there is also a taxi stand across the road and the city is literally a 2min drive away.. Home comes with ceiling fans alongside with fans on the walls. Outside area also had a fan on the ceiling which was great! Home also has two toilets and a spacious shower which had a built in seated wall. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, Fridge/Frezzer and utensils. Two washing machines were available for use as well as a line. So I will recommend this place to anyone...especially for families.”
