Breakfast? Million of varieties to select from and each and every food is delicious. Room was sparkling clean, bathrooms were very modern and simply perfect - new thick towels. The swimming pool on the 6-th floor is fantastic - never experienced something like that; huge garden all around it, and remember, you're on the 6th floor, only in Dubai! Problem resolution is at the highest level in this hotel - you have a problem with your card accessing the business lounge? They don't send you all the way back to the reception; instead, they see you struggling and then open the door for you from inside, invite you in, offer you drinks and food, grab your cards, add the access to the lounge facility, bring back the cards to you, apologize in a very polite manner and all this with a big smile - pretty utopic, right (my daughter called the hotel a "Barbie Land")?
