The location was really good and it was easy to get to the ski area. The staff or the owner of the hotel was so nice and we had such a pleasent view. She was really helpful and made us feel really comfortable. I would recommend this place a thousand time and will most certainly come back!

The stay was perfect. Location, service, wellness and a particularly warm welcome from the owner Ditmar. He does everything to make you comfortable. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. We were able to leave our ski equipment at the hotel's ski depot in Ischgl, no annoying carrying of ski equipment, always dry and warm shoes, gloves and helmets. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, perfectly clean. We strongly recommend visiting the sauna. Just what you need after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy.
the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter
