We started our travel to Brisbane with a terrible experience where our accommodation was never booked. Booking.com came to our rescue. We didnt know.the tupe of room nor size but we needed a place to stay. After prompt instructions, we made our way to the aparment building late at night only to find the best place that was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was spacious, clean and very secure. The only issue we had was the access keys however that was rectified by staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The Duty Manager checked us in & provided free drinks cards, which was unexpected but very welcome. The room was lovely & comfortable. The location was fantastic, right near the free ferry stop over to Howard Smith Wharf

They were very accommodating. We arrived late in the hotel due to the terrible weather plus my kid was unwell. They have still assisted us even if it was already around 8pm and it was at no cost! They have promptly changed our bed sheets because my son has made a mess on the bed and they made it very neatly. Thank you to that lady from the housekeeping and her companion - the bed was very neat and tidy. Thank you to her for giving us spare towels and extra laundry and dishwashing liquid. Thank you to the lady that has assisted us during our check in - she waited patiently until we arrived. Thank you to the reception guy this morning who gave us an extra hour to stay in the room as my son was unwell. Thank you to Dockside Hotel team. Keep up the good team work! To that housekeeping lady who has assisted us during our stay - SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, A BONUS, A RECOGNITION. We will definitely come back!

Clean hostel. Good facilities. The location is perfect in my opinion with a beautiful viewpoint less than 500m. You have also a convenience store less than 200m.
