The staff were welcoming and on hand if anything needed doing. Were able to print off speeches for me and my friend and anytime if of us had a personal problem then St Mark's did all they could to help.
I also booked a double bed thinking it would be a solo trip, but the team were able to switch us to a twin room for a small additional fee.

The Queen room although very compact was adequate, very clean and quite comfortable & the bathroom has a great shower plus the building has a lift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10min walk to Prince of Wales hospital and also not far from Randwick light rail stop at the end of the line.
