Absolutely perfect location. Right by the subway and St Catharines Street, lots of local restaurants and bars. Some of the previous reviews said that there was lots of noise but we didn't have a problem and we were staying there during pride so festivities were in full swing. The host was also very communicative, quick to respond and check-in/out was seamless.

Staff was polite and good, but the size of room is small, no closet, no iron, no hair dryer, no water. The location of the hotel is quite good. close to cafes for coffee, bus stops and metro.
