The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

We loved this place, so cute to look at! Staff were super friendly. Really helpful and accommodating to our needs. The room was a good size, we liked that there was a full size fridge and the sink was outside the bathroom. Location was amazing. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat, 20 mins walk to Niagara Falls and 10 mins to the main street with lots of entertainment. All for a great price.
