Loved everything about this hotel! The room was very big, little balcony, kitchen. The bathroom was great, big bath and separate shower. Everything was very clean. Parking bit confusing when arriving. You need to check-in first and then the gate to the parking garage will open. Plenty of room to park. Location is great, waking distance to city center. Loved it here, would gladly book this again!

Beautiful place in the middle of the downtown. The location is so great, there are stores, restaurants and bar near by. Staff was very friendly, specifically Natali, she was very helpful. The room is nice and spacious.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us find local restaurants and activities for us. Room felt like a little apartment. It was spacious , clean and homey. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!
