The personnel was very helpful and accommodating to my questions. I really enjoyed breakfast, a variety of cheese, fruit and jams. Other food options for lunch were also very satisfactory. The commute to/from the city center is very easy as well.

I was greeted by Elmira at the welcome desk and she made my stay very special. Always greeted with a warm smile and the hotel staff attended to all my requests. Alex from reception also had great dinner recommendations. The hotel is clean, very central, quiet, close to the main station, and has perfect water pressure. The breakfast is also fresh and super yummy.

The location 3 minutes walking to the train station is very convenient and it’s only 15 min away from Basel airport. The apartment was super clean and the communication with the host very easy, and he was super nice managing an earlier checkin for us. The kitchen facilities helped us a lot since we travelled with a small kid. Comfy beds, nice view…everything was amazing and we totally recommend it!
